I have lived in Pink Hill, NC for the majority of my life and have no plans of ever leaving home.

I received my first camera when I was eight years old. Santa brought me a Cabbage Patch Kid camera that used the old cassette style film and you had to buy disposable flashes for it. I thought it took awesome pictures! After that, I was hooked.

I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) as well as the Professional Photographers of North Carolina (PPNC). I am passionate about continuous improvement. I love attending every photography convention and workshop that I can possibly attend. Bringing my clients the most innovative and up-to-date techniques/options is one of my top priorities, so I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself and learn.

I adore photographing newborns while they are still so tiny and squishy. I love babies and children and capturing those precious moments that we all know pass by so very quickly.

Unexpectedly, I fell in love with photographing High School Seniors. Senior Portraits are something a kid will cherish the rest of his/her life. I aim to give my seniors a very PERSONALIZED experience so that no two seniors' photographs are alike. I also strive to make senior portraits that are very personal. We work together to select locations that are meaningful to the senior and we try to incorporate as many personal items and props as possible. My goal is for my seniors to look back at their senior albums twenty years from now with their children and tell the stories behind the photos that include stories of those treasured days of high school.

I also enjoy working with families. It is my hope to make lifetime relationships with my customers and be there for all of those special times in their lives - from Senior Portraits on to Graduations, then Engagements and Weddings, and then the babies - I will be here to capture them all.

My goal is to give my customers a unique and fun experience. I want you to sincerely enjoy each photo shoot. I strive to create portraits that capture personality and creativity. At the end of the day, I want to give you a memory that will last forever.

I have the pleasure of knowing Marie as both my boss and my wife! I am an engineer/project manager by education and career. At TWP, I work in our Marketing, Studio Management, and Sales departments. I love connecting with people on our social media pages and through our Sales appointments. Working with our clients to find the perfect portraits for their walls and albums for their coffee tables has become one of my passions.

Marie and I have always discussed the idea of owning our own business and making real connections with people. Both of us have always wanted to provide people with extremely caring, personal, and quality products and services. With Marie's guidance, teaching, and patience I am now shooting family sessions as TWP's second photographer.
