We strive to create a family portraits that you and your family will cherish forever.    We are based in Pink Hill, NC and serve Kinston, Beulaville, Kenansville, Goldsboro, Mount Olive, Wallace, Emerald Isle, Topsail, and Eastern North Carolina.  

How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?

Prime dates and times do fill quickly, especially in the limited days of fall. We recommend booking your session at least 3-4 weeks in advance to guarantee you get the session day and time of your choice.

How long will my session take?

Depending upon the type of session you booked, session duration will vary. However, you should plan on allocating 1 to 1.5 hours at the studio.

When should I pay for my session?

Session times can only be reserved with payment in full. You can easily do this with a credit card number over the phone when you book your appointment. Please keep in mind that session fees are nonrefundable since that time has been especially set aside for you.

How soon after my session will I be able to view my images?

We reserve a private screening for you in our studio theater for you to view and order your images. Generally this takes place within 2-3 weeks after your session or as your schedule allows.

When will my order be ready?

Every product we offer is designed and crafted by hand, and as you know, all good things take time. Depending upon what you ordered, this process generally takes 4-6 weeks. If you need something by a specific dates, please be sure to tell us. Rush services are also available for an additional fee.
